Frequently Asked Questions
The cost of a cleaning is based on the amount of time it takes to remove plaque, tartar, and stain from the teeth. The cost can range from $150-$220+ for an adult cleaning depending on varying factors and additional needs. We offer complimentary consultations that can help give you a better idea on the cost of your appointment. If it has been a while since your last cleaning, chances are that your initial appointment will cost a bit more – just something to keep in mind!

An independent dental hygienist can treat clients/patients without a dentist. We can own and operate our own business or contract out our services. We provide the same quality of individualized care for everyone and allow for more access to care.

We would love to help make your smile whiter and brighter! However, individuals with the following conditions or circumstances should choose to delay whitening their teeth: pregnant or lactating women, people with current cavities or dental concerns, children under the age of 16, people with very sensitive teeth, and people who are allergic to the whitening ingredients.
Our goal is to provide quality preventive dental care to all our clients in a timely manner. We would appreciate you arriving on-time or a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment in order to ensure you are receiving the comprehensive care that you require.
We do understand, however, that there are circumstances that may cause you to be running a few minutes late. A quick phone call or text letting us know that you are running behind would be helpful in allowing us to adjust your appointment plan and not interfere with our other client’s appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to provide you with our optimal care.
No-shows and cancellations can negatively affect our clients and staff. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to no-show or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $50 fee.
We understand the importance of protecting your personal information and we respect the privacy of all our clients. Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the client or as required by law.
