Our complimentary toothbrush of choice is made in Canada and is 100% biodegradable! Say hello to Brush Naked bamboo toothbrushes. These awesome toothbrushes can be recycled in your compost bin once the nylon bristles have been easily removed. Let’s brush naked and help save the planet together!
Cocofloss
This delicious floss is a treat for your teeth AND the environment! It’s loofah-like texture removes sticky plaque and cavity-causing bacteria with ease while the naturally anti-microbial coconut oil soothes your gums. It is made of recycled water bottles which is helping to keep plastics out of our landfills! How amazing is that?! Our favourite part though has to be all of the yummy flavours to choose from! Scrape Your Tongue
Did you know that removing the bacteria from the surface of your tongue is an excellent way to prevent bad breath?! We love to encourage our clients to brush or scrape their tongues every time they brush their teeth! This great product is BPA-free, 100% recyclable (including the packaging!) & gag-proof. It is also absolutely NOT single-use!
TerraCycle
Let’s recycle the unrecyclable! Plastic dental products that would otherwise end up in landfills can be recycled at DHOD. Bring in your old plastic toothbrushes, floss sticks, empty floss containers, and empty toothpaste tubes and lids at your next appointment and drop it in our TerraCycle box to help eliminate the idea of waste!
