Georgina Chamber of Commerce DHOD has been a member of the Georgina Chamber of Commerce since 2021 and Melissa is proudly serving her second year on the Board of Directors. Melissa is also the acting Chair of the Networking and Events Committee. We frequently participate in activities and initiatives that encourage and support our fellow local small businesses and have made great connections along the way!
Fall Food Drive
In 2021, DHOD held our 1st Annual Fall Food Drive in support of the Georgina Community Food Pantry. Our generous clients have helped to make this endeavour a great success every year since and we look forward to more opportunities to contribute to this worthy cause.
Pitch-In Canada
DHOD organized its 1 annual community clean-up effort in the spring of 2021. Our amazing clients, families, and friends joined Team DHOD to tidy-up our neighbourhoods from near and far, all in an effort to support a clean, litter-free community!
Gift From the Heart
GTFH is a Canadian charity connecting oral health care professionals to vulnerable Canadians who encounter barriers accessing essential oral health care. DHOD is proud to be a part of this charity. On National Gift From the Heart Day, we donate our services to provide those in need with free dental cleanings and oral cancer screenings.
